Smoked Turkey on Toasted Ciabatta

I experimented a little today with lunch and found a mixture that I like. I used leftovers from yesterday’s dinner and put together a sandwich: Smoked turkey breast with monterey jack cheese on toasted ciabatta with light sour cream, pesto, spinach, tomatoes and avocado. I added a little sumac seasoning for a a hint of tart flavor. It was delicious!
