I found this book in Barnes & Noble last week and I’m really excited about it! It features 50 “superfoods”, which are foods that have several health and nutritional benefits. I skimmed through it today and started off with some fruit. I can’t wait to read it in full. I became interested in learning about “superfoods” when I read that many of them help in fighting illnesses and boosting your immune system. I need both of those! The medicine I take for FMF can make me susceptible to infections, so I’m trying to do everything I can to strengthen my immune system. Maybe I’ll try some of the recipes and post them.
